Job Summary:

We are seeking a results driven and dynamic marketing manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a marketing manager, you will need to be an all-rounder, covering all aspects of our marketing efforts and playing a pivotal role in demand generation that drives business growth through partnerships with MSPs. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated professional to contribute to our company's expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create, implement, and continually refine a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and target audience to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our audience and showcases the value of our email security platform.

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and email marketing, to generate leads and increase user engagement. Experience with paid ads on Reddit, LinkedIn and Google is beneficial.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate our social media presence, creating a consistent brand voice, posting relevant content, engaging with our community, and tracking performance metrics.

  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and other initiatives, while continually optimizing strategies based on data insights.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions and ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimising campaigns and strategies. Experience with Hubspot is beneficial.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and trade shows, to showcase our email security platform and connect with potential customers.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy, nurturing long-term relationships and promoting upsell opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor spending to ensure optimal return on investment.

  • Branding and Design: Maintain and enhance our brand identity, overseeing the design of marketing materials, website updates, and other visual assets.

Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, preferably within the SAAS industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (ideally HubSpot), analytics platforms, and social media management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends.

  • You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup.

  • You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team.

  • You are comfortable working independently and remotely.
